They have extensive knowledge of the insurance claims industry with vast experience of insurance claims investigations and providing detailed evidence through statements or directly to court.
All inspectors who are undertaking licensable activities have undertaken training and a formal accreditation process with Bisio Training Limited per the new regulations are laid out by the Private Security Industry Act 2001, which sees the Home Office introducing a licensing regime under the Security Industry Authority from October 2014 and the undertaking of licensable activity by an unlicensed person set to become an offence from 6th April 2015.
All inspectors also receive a comprehensive training course to ensure they have an in-depth understanding of the services we provide as well as customer requirements.
Each representative is regularly monitored and audited by our technical service department to ensure they are meeting our stringent quality standards and service compliance and that each case is handled professionally with speed, care and efficiency.
