Statement on Coronavirus

As you know, this is an unprecedented time for us all. The outbreak of COVID-19 is affecting businesses across the length and breadth of the country and we are no different.

Whilst this situation is fluid and will continue to evolve over the coming days and weeks, we wanted to take this opportunity to share an update on how we are tackling this crisis and the measures we are taking. Rest assured, protecting the health and well-being of our partners and their clients, our supply chain and our employees remains our number one priority.

  • We have implemented our infectious disease protocol plans to ensure public safety and continuity of service following Government, NHS and Public Health England advice given yesterday. In addition:
  • We have issued a new script to our appointments and field team, including a short risk assessment to ensure we do as much as possible to protect the safety of the interviewee and also our field agents. Our risk assessments are being constantly reviewed and are based on current guidance from the Government, the NHS and Public Health England.
  • Where a field visit is not an appropriate option, we have desktop and video solutions to ensure we are able to offer all investigation products to our customers.
  • We have created a centralised point of information and advice, monitored and maintained by our Chief Medical Officer. This is to ensure that we can keep our workforce up to date with the latest guidance issued from the Government, the NHS and Public Health England.

Our Employees - Office Closure

Our physical offices are now closed in line with recent Government advice. We have taken this step as the safety of our employees and their families is incredibly important to us. We are operating on a fully functioning remote network and our email and telephony systems remain operational.

Certain operations may still need to happen, such as the collection of mail, and these will be done on a carefully considered basis by designated individuals. Response times to traditional post may therefore be a little longer than usual. If you are able, please switch to electronic correspondence.  Or emails and being constantly monitored and responded to quickly.

We will be updating our website with further information in due course, so please keep an eye out for all updates. If you have any questions please email us at
