Location: Nationwide

 

The Role:

We are currently seeking self-employed Surveillance Operatives to expand our nationwide team.

As a leading provider of investigative services in the insurance and legal sectors, the role will be to undertake covert surveillance helping identify potential fraud.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To work under the supervision of the Surveillance Manager and undertake covert surveillance operations with the purposes of obtaining video evidence of a subject’s level of ability.
  • To follow the EWIS Surveillance code of conduct at all times.
  • To familiarise yourself with and ensure adherence to any relevant EWIS policies associated with the provision of surveillance activities as identified by EWIS.
  • To observe and film subjects in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of observations and provide evidence at court if required to do so.
  • To investigate and carryout enquiries and investigations as directed by the Surveillance Manager
  • Manage workflow in line with SLA’s.

Experience required:

  • Experience in covert surveillance ideally in the private sector dealing with PI Claims
  • Access to own surveillance equipment
  • Extensive product/technical knowledge
  • Ability to perform to the highest standard using own initiative.
  • Have high levels of concentration and patience, with good observational skills, intelligence and tactical awareness.
  • Have good driving ability and be physically fit to carry out foot surveillance
