Insight was delighted to reach the final three in the Manchester Insurance Awards, for its claims online iniative. The Insight management team along with some loyal customers attended the ceremony at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester.

The MoJ solution is a web-based booking facility and call centre operation that facilitates:
liability and indemnity decisions
collection of claim forms for non-reported claims.
The results in short for this web based booking facility were impressive.
It was very difficult to choose the winner in this category due to the strength of the entries from the three finalists this year.
A bit more on people and their approach to dealing with the public may have helped improve this entry and made it the winner.
